After entering the information on the contact details page, you will be offered two delivery options:
Your order will be sent by Chronopost if you are in mainland France, with delivery of the parcel against signature.
Your order will be sent via DHL if you are abroad, with delivery of the parcel against signature.
Delivery times
If your jewelry is not in stock, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. If your jewelry is in stock, you should receive your order within 72 hours, provided there are no issues reported by the carrier.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated directly during the purchase process.
What are the order processing times?
If your jewelry is not in stock, it will take between 3 and 4 weeks to manufacture; upon receipt of its manufacture in the workshop, you will be notified of its shipment, which will take place within 72 hours.
Why haven’t I received my package tracking number?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email will tell you if your jewelry is in stock and when it will be shipped to you.
Exchanges and returns
Return conditions
You will need to contact us by email at contact@vandenabeeleparis.com to provide your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item. We will then inform you of the return conditions, the cost of which will remain your responsibility.
Please note that your order must be returned to us at your expense in its original condition and without any alterations. The items will be inspected to ensure they have not been worn or damaged. We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your return, provided the procedure has been followed correctly. If the product is not returned on time or is damaged, we will contact you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You cannot cancel or modify your order after you have confirmed your payment.
However, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours (business days) of paying for your order so that we can cancel it as quickly as possible. If, unfortunately, your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive your package to initiate a return process.
Can I exchange a product?
If you wish to make an exchange, you must first follow the return procedure described above and then place a new order.
Can I request a refund?
If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us by email at contact@vandenabeeleparis.com stating the reason for your refund request.
If this request is due to the non-conformity of the ordered product and this is verified by our manufacturing and expertise department once the order has been returned, we will proceed with the refund of the order amount.
Payment options
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Payment in 4 installments with no fees is also available through PayPal.
Customs duties
Customs duties and taxes will be collected from the customer upon delivery by the carrier. However, if the customer refuses to pay these duties and taxes, the order will be returned to Van Den Abeele Paris, who will then issue a refund, deducting the costs incurred (shipping and payment of any customs duties and taxes) from the refund amount.
